Introduction
Preschool is the most important stage of the child’s life. This is the place where the child begins its first interaction with the outer world. These pre schools help in the emotional as well as the physical development of the child. The child can bring his/ her own lunch ox or a snack box from the home. The schools take in-charge of the storage of the tiffin- boxes. The food is then served in the lunch hours to the child by warming it in the micro-ovens.
Many preschools provide full meals to the children. These meals are full of nutrition and are well balanced. The meals cover the diet of the child for the whole day. This way the child develops a taste for all types of vegetables and food items
The preschools often provide combined meals to its children. The child can bring along snacks tiffin and the school provides with the lunch or the child can bring along the lunch box and the school takes care of the snacks for the entire day. Different types of drinks are also provided at the preschools. Quality food is provided to these children keeping in mind the hygienic and the nutritional value of the food. Various activities help in the development of the manners and the habits at preschools.
